Any shape, any size
We use a special cutting blade to cut your exact shape. Our vinyl cutter can handle designs up to 50" wide. If you need a size or quantity not shown in the calculator above, just fill out the order form below and we will get you a custom quote.
How the cut works
We use a kiss cut, the blade cuts through the vinyl but not through the backing, so your stickers peel off cleanly and easily. Your artwork needs a kiss cut line defining the edge of the sticker, which can be any shape you want.
Artwork setup
You can supply your own artwork or have us help prepare your file. Half an hour of basic setup and design time is included in every order. If your background is not plain white, it needs to bleed at least 1/8" past the cut line. Not sure? Just send us what you have and we will take a look.
Free artwork setup applies to qualifying print-ready or near print-ready files. Full artwork recreation, complex redraws, or major design work may require an additional setup fee.
Full color included
Unlike other printers that charge per color, we print in full color CMYK at no additional cost. If you need a specific Pantone color we will do our best to match it, though CMYK is an approximation of Pantone values.
Union bug available
If you want the union label printed on your vinyl stickers, just let us know in the order form. We are happy to include it at no extra charge.
