For nearly 20 years, one of the teams making that happen has been Debbie and her son, Mike. Around here, we call them the other family duo because they’ve been part of Dr. Don’s almost as long as the original family.
Debbie: The Organizer, Problem-Solver, and Deadline Hero
Debbie is our Production Coordinator, and if you’ve ever had a project from a local print shop near you arrive exactly when you needed it—looking perfect—it probably had her fingerprints all over it.
From quotes and artwork to approvals and scheduling, Debbie keeps the wheels turning. She asks the right questions, spots the small details others might miss, and makes sure nothing slips through the cracks.
Her calm, organized approach is especially valuable when a customer calls with a last-minute request. She’s the one who figures out how to make it happen without sacrificing quality.
Mike: The Artist Who Makes It Picture-Perfect
Mike is our Senior Graphic & Production Artist, but his journey started years ago during a hectic election season. He’s done nearly every role in the shop, giving him a unique perspective on how to bring a customer’s vision to life.
Today, Mike is the person making sure your proofs are correct, your colors are accurate, and your products—from vinyl stickers and signs to custom embroidered hats and business cards—look exactly the way you pictured them. His eye for detail ensures that every logo, every shade, and every finish meets the highest standard.
