The union bug is a small emblem showing your materials were produced by dues-paying union workers. If you are seeking endorsements or support from the AFL-CIO, labor councils, or progressive organizations, it is effectively a requirement. We are certified under CWA Local 7019 so we can legally place the official bug on your materials. Some non-union shops claim to offer it but cannot legally do so.

Yes. The union bug is not exclusive to unions. Political candidates and campaigns use it all the time to show voters they support organized labor and are committed to using union workers. Many labor councils and endorsing organizations actually look for it on campaign materials before deciding who to back. Just select "Yes" on the union bug option in the order form and we will include it at no extra charge.
