Returns Policy
Button Machines / Button-Making Supplies: Items returned for a refund or exchange must be returned within 30 days of purchase. If more than 30 days have elapsed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Non-returnable items:
- Custom-made items: These are made specific to customer needs and cannot be returned/refunded.
- Political Stock items: Items such as buttons/stickers specific to a candidate.
All Sales Final on Presidential Stock Items: Due to the time-sensitive and collectible nature of political merchandise, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for these items, as their condition may not remain pristine after handling, affecting their value and suitability for future campaigns.
Partial Refunds (if applicable):

Before returning any item, you must first call and obtain an RMA number. Package your item(s) carefully. Upon receipt and inspection, if accepted, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method. Processing times for refunds may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund, check with your bank or credit card company first. If you still haven't received it, please contact us at info@buttonsonline.com.
Exchanges (if applicable):
Custom printed items will only be replaced if improperly printed (our mistake), defective, or damaged. Call us or email info@buttonsonline.com to initiate an exchange and obtain an RMA number.

You are responsible for the shipping costs for returns or exchanges. We subsidize shipping costs on Economy Shipping orders; actual shipping charges will be deducted from any refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
