If your approved order doesn’t ship within 24 business hours of confirmation, they’re free.

How It Works

  1. Place Your Order Online
    Visit our Memorial Buttons Collection, choose your template, fill out the form with the name, dates, and any personalized text, upload your photo, and complete checkout.
  2. We Create a Proof
    After we receive your order and photo, our team will prepare a digital proof of your button design.
  3. Approval Starts the Clock
    Once you approve the proof and our customer service team confirms your approval during our business hours (Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm Arizona time), the 24-hour production guarantee begins.
  4. We Ship Within 24 Business Hours – Or They're Free
    Once your approval is confirmed, your buttons will be printed, packed, and shipped within 24 business hours, or the cost of your order is on us.

Terms & Conditions

To keep this guarantee clear and fair, here’s what qualifies and what doesn’t:

✅ You Qualify If:

  • You place your order online and complete all required steps:
    • Choose a memorial template
    • Fill out the order form with details
    • Upload a usable, high-quality photo
    • Complete checkout
  • You respond promptly to any requests for revisions or better photo quality
  • You approve the digital proof, and your approval is confirmed by our customer service team during business hours

Note: This is not the automated order confirmation email you receive at checkout. The 24-hour clock begins only after you approve your proof and our team confirms it during our regular business hours: Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm Arizona time.

❌ The Guarantee Does Not Apply If:

  • You place an order but do not upload a usable photo
  • We reach out for a better photo and don’t receive a timely reply
  • You delay approval of your proof — the guarantee starts only after customer service confirms your approval
  • Your buttons are shipped on time but the shipping carrier delivers late
    (We may be able to help recover shipping costs from the carrier, but we cannot refund your order if the buttons were produced and shipped on time.)

Shipping Method & Timing

We guarantee production and shipping within 24 business hours of your approval confirmation. Delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout.

We reserve the right to upgrade your shipping method at no extra cost to help ensure on-time delivery.

Example:
If you qualify and select a 3-day shipping method, and we confirm your approval on Tuesday morning, we may ship your order on Wednesday using a faster shipping method so it still arrives by Friday — at no extra cost to you.
