Same Day ServiceIf you're in a hurry, qualifying orders of buttons / lapel stickers that are submitted online, paid for and approved by 11:00 AM EST (8:00 AM PST), Monday - Friday (on a normal business day) will be produced and shipped from our office the very SAME DAY... or they're FREE! (less shipping)
Orders of up to 500 pin-back buttons, and/or 2,500 labels / lapel stickers are eligible for "SAME DAY" Service.
See table below for details on what constitutes a "qualifying order".
If you need a quantity of buttons or stickers that exceeds the quantities covered in our "Same Day" Service Guarantee, go ahead and give us a call. It's possible we can still produce and ship your order the following business day. However, it would not be covered under the "Same Day" Service Guarantee.
Please note: The "Same Day" Service Guarantee refers to when the qualifying order will be shipped, not when the order will arrive.

- Order can be submitted using email form, cart or phone to have us create the design for you.
- Up to 1000 buttons and 5000 lapel stickers
- Qualifying orders must enter "Next Day Service Guarantee" in Comments/Special Instructions box during checkout or form. Customer must get qualifying Next day number from Customer Service if done over the phone. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THIS NUMBER ORDER DOES NOT QUALIFY, NO EXCEPTIONS

What if I submit my order after 11 AM? (Eastern Standard Time)
We always do our best to get orders out as soon as possible, even if the deadline for the SAME DAY Service Guarantee has passed. So, if you submit your order after 11:00 AM EST, we will do everything possible to produce and ship your order that SAME Business Day. We just cannot guarantee it.
However, orders submitted after 11 AM (EST), on a normal business day, would be guaranteed to ship the NEXT business day, up to the quantities covered in our Next Business Day guarantee.
For clarity, here are examples that describe what our SAME DAY Service Guarantee covers and what it would not cover:
Example 1: You place a qualifying order for buttons and lapel stickers and finalize the transaction at 10:00 AM (EST) on Tuesday, which is a normal business day. Your order will ship that same day or it will be FREE (less shipping).
Example 2: You place an order for buttons and lapel stickers and finalize the transaction at 4:00 PM (EST) on Friday, which is a normal business day. Because the order was submitted after our cut-off time for SAME DAY service and Saturday and Sunday are not business days, your order would ship Monday (unless Monday is a holiday, in which case it would ship Tuesday) or it will be FREE. (less shipping)
Example 3: You submit a qualifying order on Saturday or Sunday. Because Saturday and Sunday are not business days, we guarantee your order will ship Monday (unless Monday is a holiday, in which case it would ship on Tuesday) or it will be FREE. (less shipping)
Example 4: You place an order for buttons and lapel stickers and finalize the transaction at 9:00 PM (EST) on Monday. Your order will ship Tuesday (unless Tuesday is a holiday, in which case it would ship on Wednesday)... or it will be FREE! (less shipping)>
Example 5: You submit what otherwise would be a qualifying order. However, the credit card you provided is "declined" when we go to process it. While we will do our best to resolve the payment issue and ship your order the same day, if possible, our SAME DAY Service Guarantee would not apply.
Example 6: You place a qualifying order and ask us to ship it using _________ shipping company. We ship the order as you instructed. However, due to a delivery delay caused by the "shipping company", or by an "Act of God", your package doesn't arrive when expected. Our SAME DAY Service Guarantee would not apply, since the order was produced and shipped the SAME business day.
Example 7: Should there be any sort of "production" delay on our part, we reserve the right to upgrade shipping on your order (at our own expense) to match the expected date of delivery of your order. Doing so would be in lieu of us defaulting on the SAME DAY Service Guarantee.
CancellationsWe reserve the right to cancel an order, or refuse to produce an order, if:
Artwork submitted contains copyrighted material for which the person submitting the order does not hold the copyright; the design submitted is highly offensive or libelous; or if for ANY reason we are unable to process orders (power outage, inability to access the Internet, Acts of God, etc).
We reserve the right to modify the quantities covered in the guarantee and/or discontinue this program at any time.
